Also top tube is important, your 54cm ST one have a 52.5cm TT paired with a slack head angle mean it'll fit you.
The reason why I liked the Plug is that the medium fit me perfectly with a 54.5cm TT and a slack head angle without resorting to a silly amount of spacer, why I never went for it I have no idea.
