Any plans for the next one? I would really like to go - annoyingly I'm only in Cov every other weekend, though (plus weekdays). Also my bicycle is in pieces at the moment.

The Bike Yard bike shop in Leamington do 25 mile road rides every Sunday. They have three different groups for different speeds. I'm going to be going along and trying my luck with keeping up with the middle group. Anyone else want to give it a shot?
What sort of riding do the Kong guys do? Tricks or riding riding?

Kong lot make me chuckle, I remember some of them saying they'd never ride fixed.
Just on them for the hipster points -
• #63
What's wrong with that?
Most people who roll fixed are hipsters! -
• #64
Well they used to take the piss outta me riding fixed, then as soon as it got big they jumped on it.

Speaking to them today they are having a ride out this Sunday 4:30-5ish meet at kong, should be some good numbers!

I went out with The Bike Yard lot on Sunday from Leamington. Did a 28 mile ride (route below) and had an average speed of just under 18 mph. Everyone else was on road bikes but it was great to ride in a group - especially with the horrific wind there was on that day. They do the ride every Sunday so if anyone else wants to pop along then come this week. There's a faster group and a slower group. I went for the middle to see if I could keep up and luckily I could! There's one, or maybe two, other routes they do.

I'd feel a bit sketchy about riding on the A45 personally!

Did the Kong ride happen, did anyone go?

Yes. It was lacking aerospokage though.
They certainly look nice that's as far as it goes, risers are a lot comfier but I'll give drops a fair chance.
