If it was my size, I'd sell my ti tourer to get it. I'd become what Sting was in 'Quadrophenia'.

i'd have to sell something and i don't even ride track! plus i'd have have to resist drilling it for brakes for the road which is just wrong
-

It's not titanium either, of course..
Agreed about sending Prolly the link though!

Am I the only one who thinks this is actually a bit of a deal with all that kit attached?

I just emailed Prolly...

It's such a cool frame but that's the trouble. I only ride the roads and I couldn't bring myself to install a brake if it were mine. Although it would look splendid above my mantelpiece.

Clamp-on brake, as made by Dia Compe (and some others) could get around drilling.
I've never used one though so not sure if they really work or just make things 'legal'.

I have the dia compe brake set up, lots don't like it but it saves drilling the forks out although i have a second pair of forks so if someone was interested they could drill the other set out? I also hate the ebay thing but thought it was worth a try. I may just pull it off tonight. Ive had some messages on here mostly offers. May split some parts up?

If you do I would like the stem as per message.

they work fine, just the same as a normal rear brake. the brake caliper comes with a wing nut which is handy for quick removal
I reckon people dont like them because of aesthetic reasons, but mechanically in my experience they do the job welll

I definitely PM'd about the stem first!

Bike is provisionally sold. Thanks for the help. Once all sorted I will make a donation to the forum.

If you donate, I'll donate back.
But let's avoid the paypal fees and just forget about since they'll cancel each other out.
I'd give my left nut for this.
For top dollar though, I reckon a sneaky e-mail to Prolly with a link to the Ebay auction would likely get a post and a massive audience of potential buyers.
