My 'top of the list' Ti frame would be a Litespeed Archon T1. Silly amounts of technology, and cost going into making a Ti frame as stiff and light, as a carbon frame of a fraction of the cost. Bonkers, but I love it.
An interesting option is these guys. Pretty big over there. Unheard of over here. But they do all the modern features you could want, in any material you want, and with amazing finishing options.
