Malaysian, did you ever find out what the angle is for your current stem?
Also, dunno if this helps at all, but you could get a 25.4mm to 31.8mm bar shim and get a more available, lighter and stiffer Thomson X2/X4?
Especially if your fork has a carbon steerer, as the wedge clamp of the original Thomson 25.4mm stem can pinch and partially crush a carbon steerer potentially causing catastrophic failure (and big ouchies!), while the newer stem with a normal clamp won't.
