ive been playing round with this idea the last couple of days,an old ss freewheel inner (without sprocket and bearings) can be used as a spacer ,then screw new freewheel onto that.as long as the threads all match !

Ringworm, I don't know the seatpost, but love your style. Your dutch aren't you?
I got the same sort of frame which I'm building up in the same kind of style :)
cheers. -

Thanks; I'm actually Portuguese. I've just seen your frame, it's quite a beauty. I almost bought a teal time trial Formula frameset from eBay, but the seller pulled the sale unexpectedly. It wasn't nearly as in a neat state as yours, though. Good luck with your build.

I know the seller. He states it's an early steel (which is kind of rare since Orbea mostly makes Alu or Carbon frames) frame set. I think it will go for a lot, i mean, the guy always wants heaps of money for his stuff

First post and all that jazz... bought a mystery frame off ebay, I was drawn in by the campag bits and stem/bar combo look to be alright too. Frame has columbus dropouts but its been dreadfully painted, figure it might be worth a go at restoring and giving it a powder coat as it is my size.
