So you need a 60cm ish top tube?
There's an Alien frame for sale on here: https://www.lfgss.com/thread75752.html

i know, but i don't like short head tubes.
meanwhile i found some companies and a custom builder, now i'm thinking about the geometry

ye sounds like you need custom but what makes you think you need a longer top tube? what length stem are you using?
Ive had 4 track frames the past 12 months, all 60cm+ but with 57cm,59cm,59cm & 58.5cm top tubes. the 57cm I felt was too short ( used a 100mm stem) Im 6ft 3.I think the only frame Ive found with a 60cm tt was some Fuji model.
for custom I'd go with local steel or this

Panasonic do a 63cm track frame, I presume it would be 60cm tt

Sorry to hear about your crash, hope you find something else to keep you busy while you recover!

i need minimum a 59cm top tube with my 6ft3 and i'm looking for alu or carbon, no steel.
the fuji track 2.0 or felt tk2 have both 61, but only available as complete bikes.
found duratec from cz, they are producing frames until 64 in 1cm steps.additionally i send a request to jacek orlowski and also have the option for a custom made dodici gara (incl. better angles), which is currently the cheapest option

looking to buy a track frame for track riding/racing + maybe a couple of hill climbs. i've been looking at the dolan track champ. it seems to be widely recommended, but what about a reynolds 853 frame? it would cost more but how does the ride compare?
i'm new to the track but attracted to the sprint events + tend to like a steep seat angle on my roadbike

Try before you buy.
UTFS to look at alu vs steel. -

As said above, if you can try before you buy.
I've bought too many things now which only after purchasing realised are not to my taste. Not nice when you've just spent a great deal of monies.
due to a badly crash (luxation right elbow, ligaments left, right and above the elbow are cracked, radius fracture = 4h surgery) at the first day of the winter season, the season is over for me now.
with plenty of time, sitting at home and searching the whole web forward and back,
i want to ask some experienced riders here for some advice/help.
i'm riding the third frame within 2 seasons and still not 100% happy with it.
mostly the top-tube was too short...
my budget is always limited and i also use the bike only for the 3-4 months winter season (indoor).
i wanted to have something made of carbon like the dolan seta, but without the sloping top tube, maybe a 1-2cm longer top tube (mostly 58 is the longest), the look more like the cervelo t1 and with a long head tube (appr. 18cm), budget appr. 800€/680gbp.
any ideas, advices, help, whatever...
in parallel i'm collecting prices for custom made frames.
