While you're at it, could you also check a few more dimensions (length of head tube, rear hub spacing) and confirm whether the seat tube dimension is c/c or c/t? Thanks.

The decals should come off - They're not under the lacquer - I see your point..
Head tube measures 110mm
Rear spacing 130mm currently fitted with a campy 8 sp.
Seat tube measurements are C-C -

Should be fine you'll always end up making finer adjustments with seat post height and stem length.
