I've been losing weight unintentionally over the past few months, which is slightly worrying. (I'm down to 60kg now) I've started working so am cycling 6 miles a day/5 days a week, am on my feet all day, but I'm still eating the same or less than when I was unemployed due to frequently missing breakfasts in the morning due to lack of time etc. I think this has been the cause of my general feeling of fatigue etc over this last few months.
So I'm looking to up my calorie intake in a healthy manner - Plus extra protein as I'm planning to start lifting again - Anyone got any ideas for quick and convenient calorie and protein dense foods that I can get in around a busy schedule?
