Obviously I didn't use the right google terms :/ cheers for that, also looks like 'dual hex' works better than double allen key.
Though, usually you can do them up without even needing the prong tool (thumb ftw). Once, they've bitten in, they usually just tighten up.
This, for the 4 other bolts, it's just this one. I'll try greasing the threads and cleaning the contact areas.
