Not sure mate, they actually haven't got a size marked on them) but i wear a 44 Shimano road shoe and they fitted me perfectly so would assume a 44.

Sidi's SOLD.
MTB's still available now at £45 else they're going on eBay.
First up a pair of Decthlon (BTwin) top of the range MTB shoes. For SPD cleats. Bought for the g/f for xmas but they were unfortunately a size too large. Worn for one ride only. Size 41 (UK7). RRP £70. Yours for £50.
Next up a pair of old skool Sidis. Model unknown. They have a weird 4 bolt cleat fitting but can be used with Look/SPD-SL by utilising the front 3 holes only. In good nick for their age. Size UK9 £20.
Pickup Camberwell/Peckham or can meet central etc thru the week.
