They mean well, but that's stupid.
Do they imagine that people will come out of their house, see their vandalised car and realise the error of their ways and start cycling everywhere? Because if they do, they're foolish.
I don't think anyone needs to drive a RR in London, even you forumites, but I also think that screwing with other peoples' property is low.
