If not pre owned, then allow me to spend that £700 in a wiser (more fun?) manner, yet still on new bits:

Some nice Cinelli bar tape to look all bling and that. £15
Would it be a much better bike than that Bianchi? No, but it costs the same (ok, minus peddles or a brak,) you wouldn't be giving Evans any money, and you would have something at least slightly different than the crowd.
