  • Ok, all the time.

  • I thought Jews was about a loan shark, and Jews 2 was about the dude with a big nose.

    This is wrong

  • I'm never wrong. I once thought I might be wrong but I checked and it turns out I was mistaken.

  • Your name is wrong
    Shouldn't you be called wrongsprocket?

  • I'm never wrong. I once thought I might be wrong but I checked and it turns out I was mistaken.

    It's wrong to repost.

  • Admitting I was wrong @ 1:40
    Happy Days Catchphrases - YouTube

  • I'm always right, always...

    I was wrong about you.

  • I was wrong to think that I'd be the first to quote that thing about being mistaken.

  • This thread is full of wrong'uns.

  • I thought the left hand lever went to the front brake. I was wrong.

I thought life would be easier after my girlfreind had left. I was wrong.

I thought pitta bread was named after someone called Peter. I was wrong.

I thought If I had enough money I would be happy. I was wrong.

I thought J. Edgar Hoover invented the hoover. I was wrong.

  • I thought god's name was Howard
    'Howard be thy name'
    I was wrong
    There is no god

    Pre-emptive kneeling
OMG - that is so sweet!

  • Interesting thread SD.

I am sure I am frequently wrong and some of my behaviour is definitely in the wrong but the vast majority of that is a result of my eating disorder which makes me sneeky/deceptive around food as well as some social/relationship situations and do things to myself which, if I did to anyone else, I would be sent to prison for.

Meanwhile my OCD creates a whole spectrum of irrational negative beliefs and often totally unconnected corrective behaviours which are intended to cancel out any potential wrong doing on my part.

On paper I know these OCD thoughts are 'wrong' and that it's 'right' to ignore them, but the fear that I could do wrong if I don't act on them is often too much to tolerate.

Have I said too much now? Perhaps I am wrong to share this kind of stuff on here :)

  • I dented someone's car with my crucifix on Holland Park Roundabout.. He didn't prosecute though. Might have been different if it had just been a bit of wood.

  • I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

  • ^^ Dare I ask how?

  • Not wrong to share missmouse, always the chance that someone can help.

  • Miss mouse you talk about wrong as guilt for behaviour which you wish to correct. Perhaps the wrong you are referring to is based on your moral judgement of yourself. Does this self knowledge and acceptance of the things you do and consider wrong help right things a little? Your use of wrong is quite different than others who have posted whose wrong is an error of fact (left brake front wheel) or subjective error of belief or ideological shift (same sex marriage bad, now ok/god called howard, now doesn't exist)

What is interesting how we react when we're proved or realise we were wrong and have to deal with that and the consequences of being wrong.

  • My Dad is never wrong. And when you prove to him that he is, he'll just say "no, because that's my opinion. Opinions can't be wrong".

He is probably the stubbornest man on the planet.

  • I am trying so hard to think of a single time when I have ever been wrong and I just can't.

  • ^You may be wrong now.
Thing is when we are wrong we think we are right until we learn we were wrong.
Most of our lives we go around feeling right

  • hmm
    Nope, I am definitely right

  • I am trying so hard to think of a single time when I have ever been wrong and I just can't.

  • I could of avoided him completely of course, but I wanted to see if I could damage his car
