Got all the above parts at the weekend, except Bar Tape.
Highlight (?) was these to complete (and upstage) the Golden Arrow drivetrain:
Cabled up tonight, and shifting is smooth, albeit not yet fitted the chain.
Going to perservere with original fork for a bit, but glad to have picked up a spare with longer threaded steerer.
