Have you ever purposefully clicked the Mark Forums Read link?

I clicked it a few times by accident but actually liked it last time. I say keep it but put it at the bottom of the page away from everything else, or have a pop up confirmation.

The one I end up clicking all the time is the one at the bottom that appears just where "new posts" appears normally.

Is this related to the fact that all my history has just gone kaput (USER CP) ??

I've never used the 'Mark All Read' at the top.

The 'Forum Tools > Mark This Forum Read' option; I go to a subforum, click every new thread I'm interested in to open in a new tab, then I click to mark the forum read. Works great for highlighing what's new/changed since your last visit. Must click it 20-30 times a day.
