I'm not saying it is, but not all Moser's use top-end Columbus tubing, ie. SL and above. And "Tre Tubi" can mean only the main triangle is Columbus tubing and possibly not butted. You occasionally see this on Basso frames. Tubing isn't the be-all-and-end-all though.

For a thick paint respray, I'd say £150 might be reasonable.
