Keep a look out for Raleigh Royale or Royal lady which was 57cm and 531 f&f. These were a lot cheaper than the Raleigh Randonneur as the touring hierachy deemed Mixte inferior to single tubed frames.
Certainly there's a few other larger ladies bikes like the Dawes Londoner which came in 531ST (Super tourist)
Does it have to be Mixte because I reckon there's quite a few larger single tubed ladies frames kicking around.
