Hi there, I'm looking for ideas of interesting and speciality bread to put in the bakery I run. We've done quite a few over the last year, but I interested in what other ideas people have.
the most popular are;
Chilli/marmite/red onion & garlic/blueberry & orange/cherry and chocolate/toffee apple/potato sour cream and onion/coconut & bannana to mention a few.
any suggestions would be appreciated, tar
