Mira, here's the info for those cranks.
Outter ring 104 BCD, smallest chainring you can get is 32t Inner Ring 64 BCD, smallest chainring size 22t
If you have 17t on the back, then these chainrings will give you 32t = 50gi 22t = 34 gi
Basically 50gi is too high and 34 gi might be a bit too low if you're commuting on it, so try and find somewhere in the middle.
