Any question answered...

Just seen this on the Rider Down thread. The last time an investigation went this far with me, the case was spat out by the courts. I'm not sue why, but no-one was done for either taking me off my bike, or for not giving the name of the driver. Keep a close eye on it, and do follow it up.

I'm not going to the court case. Is there a way to see if anything was done?
I just like the fact that there IS a court case. All I wanted was for them to be told what they did was wrong. This seems to be happening.
