I keep all of mine for when I need to strap a wheel to my back.
I also use a short length of inner stretched over the back of my maglite as a cheap/free alternative to the official maglite bite adaptor that they have discontinued because no doubt thousands of people accidentally inhaled their maglites while holding them in their teeth :D
