well usually we average at around 19, so not far off, so i guess its not really worthy of an 'only'...
we're the cool people that break away from the 'fast' group.

Not fully understanding the use of the terms cool or fast here.

Winning races is cool, "winning" the sprint to the cafe on a club run is arguably not.

we dont race the team, we break away, we train harder than the other people there and they accept that, we usually end up going a longer route too, that way we all get to the destination at the same time.

'cool' was just a phrase used lightly, not saying its cool to go faster, it was a joke.

also, 'fast' is just the name given to the group that go faster, there is also a 'slow' group funnily enough.
