Wanted: Missing Part(s) for Campag Seatpost

Hi

I have been given an old 27.2 Campag seatpost. Great apart from the fact that it is missing the two pieces that form the bottom part of the clamp under the seat rails - the parts that push on at each side onto the prodruding rod on each side of the post itself.

The probably have a name and if I had a camera here a picture would probably help but ....

Anyway - can anyone help?

i feel your pain. I'm missing one of those. I'll keep an eye out for you. These things turn up at jumbles

the pieces that slot onto the pegs which are part of the stem

You surely do, top left of your picture Ciploinni. Are you prepared to sell jsut those bits (ie do you have spare) or is it the whole lot that is for sale?

What i have is the whole fittings,i.e minus the post in picture
