edz - Chas Bland was Graham's (bike cave boss) neighbour and was a small British builder, so to have anything other than a British BB is strange. Maybe the frame was built to order with that threading or something like that..
Anyway, we have some Italian bottom brackets if you need one - drop me a PM if so.
