I usually run straight after work. Is the lacrosse ball thing something I can do under my desk before I go out? Or would you need to be standing?
Yeah, you can. I think it's more effective standing but doing it whilst sitting is better than not doing it at all. After a long run or at the end of a long day I often choose to rather sit and do it...I just roll it for a bit longer than I would standing.
