That's a Uniglide cassette. The smallest rings unscrews anticlockwise. Easiest to use two chainwhips. Failing that, mesh the largest ring on the cassette by shifting onto it with the wheel still fitted, and stand on the pedal to hold the cassette in place while someone else (or you) uses a single chain whip.
