  • I just bought a brand new one...hard as hell...hurts like hell! I've heard myths of people using wine bottles to roll out their itb's on...

    I also use a lacrosse ball to roll under my foot, I find this is easy (0 effort) and really loosens up my achilles and lower calf musles, which in turn helps the hip/itb/calf/achilles system.

    good tip, might give that a go. Need to get back on my foam roller asap, my ITB's are like piano wire
