A couple of extracts from listening to father CYOA as I guided him over the phone in setting up his new iPhone 4s.

'How do you do capitals? Oh fucking hell, cyoa. I'm not used to this. Oh dear.'

'You've got to drag the little bugger but he doesn't want to go.'

'What about stuff I don't want? What about porn? If I'm on the internet, how do I stop that hitting me?'
