The ideal candidate will have previous debt collection experience, or experience persuading people to part with their money.
We can offer a starting salary of 18-21K basic (depending on experience) with a generous bonus structure.
Frequent company socials are held to ensure the entire company is integrated. Recent
highlights include bowling nights, a summer and Christmas parties and a night out in Oxford. We have a monthly company lunch to ensure all new recruits are welcomed, a cycle club, weekly
football tournament and other sporting/social events. Cycling is a big part of the office environment with a cycle club at lunch times and 50% of the staff commuting by bike.
Based in Kentish Town, near Camden we are minutes away from the London underground,
overground, bus routes and Hampstead Heath is just up the road.
A willingness to learn, ability to thrive under pressure, bags of enthusiasm and resilience
are the keys to success in this role.
