2012-11-01 - Rider Down, Corner of Acton High St. and Birkbeck Rd

I went past about 9:20ish, came to the police cordon and walked round the road block. At that point there was no ambulance or bike, just the car being photographed and notes taken by a load of police.

Sounds like the driver will be prosecuted.
