Yeah you were definitely there before me.
From what I saw the police were pretty determined to investigate the incident thoroughly rather than giving the priority to rush hour traffic which was good to see, I cannot comment on how quickly they or the ambulance service got there but fortunately it is just round the corner from a hospital and police station.
