I have1994 Neil Orrell Low Pro Pursuit Frame. 59ctc top tube, 60ctc seat tube abit to high for me. Frame is 531 professional tubing and is very light. Undrilled front and back. There are a couple of tiny dings in the top tube but you would notice them unless you were looking for them.
Comes with a Black Tange headset and Miche Primato BB. Takes 27.2 seatpost.

Sloping top tube, track ends, 531c, can run 2 brakes.
55cm virtual top tube, probably would need long seat post.
any low pro frame around 54 cm and between £120- £220
slopping top tube and dont mind if it is curvy or not
