OK, just got the measurements

top tube centre to centre is 53.5cm
top tube actual 49.5cm

seat measurement centre to centre is 52cm (centre of crank to centre of the top tube)
seat stay from centre of crank to top is 53cm

rims are Mavic 192
tires are Schwalbe Lugano

Thanks for the post. My job is going in 3 months and keeping money tied up in a bike that I don't use is silly, especially as the money is funding newer bikes for the kids.
