A mate of mine is moving down to London for a sixth-month temporary position in the Home Office. He's after a room in a flatshare for six months from February.
He's definitely trustworthy kind of guy, much more likely to cook for you and talk to you about wine than have a drug rave in your flat and fuck shit up.
Room for a bike would be a plus but not essential, he's a nodder personified though and so won't make your build or skids feel inadequate.
Budget of £700/month but would rather pay less.
