Had back spasm earlier this year, badly. Medication in particular opiates ftw. Coedine amazing, along with an anti-inflam, and a couple of 'pams. Doctor didn't even want to see me, just prescribed by phone. Sorted in 5 days, I have treated my back with much more respect ever since. Posture wise in particular.
