It's the other way round; the frame is easy, and printed lugs have been done and discussed on another thread. A whole bike too. Printing a working chain would be difficult - the clearances are tiny, so you would need to avoid accidentally fusing parts which are micrometres apart.

and as for the 3d printed bike thread - that has to be the single biggest UTFS fail on my part
