I'm also after a shortish (60mm) oversized stem for a different project if anyone can help with that...?
31.8mm clamp size.

He'd be better off with something 56-57cm. 60cm is definitely too big for someone who is 5'10".

Bike thieves ARE Scum !
That said, some of the traders down Brick Lane are legit, they're not all tea -leafs. I know if new to London it can be difficult to tell which is which. But there are some honest traders there, pity to tar everybody with the same brush.

I'm 5'9 built like a plucking t-rex and ride a 55/55 with a 60mm stem lol (and even then, its a few mm long)
Just goes to show.
TBH in LDN, £100 bikes that are decent and not previously stolen are a bit of a wonder -

I have a 2009 57cm Gary Fisher Titan With straight bars, my son found it a tad large and he's 5'10"
i've sold the wheels but he can have everything else for £70Cheers
Alright you lot,
A mate has just moved to Londons trendy London and is in need of some transport.
He keeps on pesting me to go down to Brick Lane with him to buy a bike, but obviously I would rather avoid that.
He has £100 to spend and understands that it won't get him anything beautiful.
He is about 5ft 10", and so I am guessing anything from 58-60cm ST would do the trick.
So, what have you got...?
