I am actually restoring a bigger version of that frame at the moment in Australia , it took a while to work out what it was with no decals at all . The centre section of the 3 main tubes is consructed by filament winding (angled fibres) and the long "lugs" are unidirectional fibre made in a "regular" fashion with inflated bladders etc.
