Lovely bike. Shame you don't ride it much.
Unless you have damaged it, the value shouldn't have dropped at all. You could knock off a few quid for tyre and brake wear, but if as you say it hasn't been ridden and has been well looked after then charge the same.
You don't devalue a classic steel road bike just by owning it!
