blimey Adroit that sounds a shit sequence of events, feel for ya. Being tall I've had periods of mild back ache before, especially after exertion and sometimes cycling, but never this acute level of pain and discomfort. Just Googled the sacro wedge thing but also saw this which might suit me more just now
