I've got an SR Super Custom chainset (170mm) with Stronglight 50/32 rings in very decent order, it's an 86mm BCD so you can get rings down to a 30 from Spa cycles and other places.
I think from memory it takes a 118mm bottom bracket of which I have a new sealed variant but I can fit it to a frame to check out if that's deffo the correct length.
I've also got a basic set of band on Huret friction shifters for a down tube and whilst I realise a stem fitting set is preferable it shouldn't be much of a struggle to fit a rubber surround to secure it. You'd need approx 3-4mm thick rubber to bridge the gap a bit like the stuff you use on bar/seatpost mounted lights etc.
Lastly I've got an older but lightly used Shimano 28.6mm front mech.
