It is still Delta since you will start with the top end model ( Record) or C record, then it will list there and therefore no need to list on the lower model.
The Penta System was redone after the first version had problems, one was a piece getting loose.
The other was when Delta first came out they were meant to slow you down not stop.
You was to slow down but still maintain race speed but racers did not think it had enough power and people who bought them could not stop on the street, Campagnolo had to redo the brake sysytem.
