They won't fit, unless your brakes are really, really old. You'll notice that the brake shoes have rounded ends whilst these blocks have square ends.
You can buy replacement Campag blocks on eBay for a few quid. Graham Weigh Cycles is where I got mine, but there are plenty of others.
