I don't think you need any seals, they should be part of the prolite bearings. I haven't used those particular ones, but if they are like any other bearing they will have an integrated seal. That part you sent a link to is a thrust washer to apply side load to the bearings.

Apols if this thread/info already exists, but I've not been able to find it.
I've cobbled together an ultra torque drivetrain - I've got Super Record UT BB cups, carbon Centaur UT cranks and pro-lite ceramic bearings.
My question regards the BB cups... do I need a seal for the cups, as I'm not using SR cranks, and the non-SR UT BB cups apparently have a seal that SR cups don't?
