British cycle training is the envy of cycle campaigners all around the world. If anything, we may be taking it slightly too much for granted now. However, I am very confident that it's doing a great job of addressing the low cycling skill base in a country that hasn't cycled much for five decades and even had a lower modal share than other European countries before mass motorisation set in in earnest.
