Off the top of my head :-
Brixton cycles - (in brixton)as they are a co op. Maybe give them a bell and ask.
Fitzrovia cycles near riding house street - Friendly place but once again maybe a bell first
Then there are evans, cyclesurgery, etc but I'd use the independants first. There are more but thse are off the top of my head. But no idea which are open.
