I did the same (although 130mm spaced). I picked up the 113mm Shimano bb from Chainreaction after weighing up all the options. I tried a 1 mm spacer on the hub (and behind the cog) but this just gets crushed when you tighten the cog down so I ditched it. The chainline is fine - perhaps a mm off perfect but not a problem with 3/32 chainring and 1/8th chains and cogs.
