I don't at all want to piss on the parade, and wish you all the best with your project but I'd be careful if you do a repair on this and end up actually racing it in an event... it's one thing taking a risk of injuring yourself but if you take someone else out at the same time as a result of the repair failing they might not be very appreciative.
Again, not meaning to be a knob-accidents can and will always happen but carbon is renowned for giving out quite instantly and getting new front teeth will cost much more than a decent undamaged frame!
