Are you sure you want to go ALL brand new parts? If you're building it up yourself I would personally look for second hand bits at least for the risers, stem and seatpost (and I'd go for the saddle, brake lever and brake too) you can save really alot of money without compromising on quality or looks (eg bartape over handlebars) and if you wanted you could use that extra cash for nicer wheels/cranks/whatever which IMO you'll enjoy more. just my 2p
